Bob Francis

Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington.  A WWII  combat infantry veteran;  having had the pleasure of  a Government sponsored tour of the South Pacific. Ending up on the Island of Okinawa; later served in General McArthur's  Honor Guard in Tokyo for 1 year during the  occupation of Japan. After the war relocated to  Hollywood, California and worked various jobs at  Bartending, Restaurants and door to door Sales; while going to school. Main benefits obtained from those jobs;  I became more assertive and developed an extensive repertoire of jokes.  After a brief return to Seattle to work for the Boeing Company I moved back to Southern California and worked as an Aeronautical Engineer until reitirement in 1992.  Now reside in Springfield, MO. Have always been a wanabe writer; un-published with a file of Children's stories, poems, cookbook and a variety of articles many Political!
In order to "keep head above water,"  I do several multi-level businesses from home. Mainly directed toward health and wellness, with Organic Nutritionals.
